Commission-Gift: Articuno

This is a long overdue drawing for . It's pretty sad how long I took because the reason I offered this to her was as an apology for taking too long on something else.

Anyway, I offered her a free commission/gift request and she asked for a "pretty Articuno". I hope this does the trick~

I went kinda crazy on the sparkles at the end there. XD It was just too much fun.
