*_* Has anyone here used the drawing program "SAI"? It's a Japanese program that is pretty commonly used over there it seems, and it totally rocks!!

Normally I wouldn't upload a pic like this that is basically a doodle, but I am so excited over SAI, I'm uploading the first coloring I did in it. I may move this to scraps once I get a better pic up, but for now, you must share my excitement of SAI SAI SAI! Just look at that pretty watercolor blending!

As for the pic itself, it was a doodle I made for someone who was going to have a cookout with cheese dogs. When he left for it, it just sounded so yummy, I couldn't stop thinking about it. So I doodled this. XD

When I started coloring, I didn't realize I was making her look a bit like Kagami. =X It's not supposed to be.

Well, next look forward to a more complete pic done with SAI!

Thanks!! SAI is great, I recommend it. You can even rotate the canvas while drawing, like you can with paper!! And the program is very light, only about 2mb.

You can get the free trial which lasts 31 days, here: [link]

After that you need to pay for a license, but it's only about $50, which is much cheaper than things like photoshop.

I have SAI, but I dont know how to work it... in fact, I think its entirely in JP... and my knowledge of JP is very limited ^_^. Nonetheless, its such a cute picture! Good job!

Oh, there is a patch you can get to make it English! I downloaded it pre-installed with English from this site [link]

but you can also get the language files directly from the official site too, here [link] =)
